Devon County Council has launched their new Healthy Lifestyle Service – OneSmallStep, to help Devon’s residents adopt healthy lifestyle choices and reduce their risk of more serious health issues.
This service covers lifestyle areas such as:
- Weight loss
- Stop smoking support
- Increasing exercise
- Reducing alcohol intake
